Returns and Exchanges

At the DTE Energy Marketplace, we want you to be fully satisfied with your energy-saving products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
